Jade is a welcoming and cheerful osteopath. Having studied in the UK she was trained in various different approaches including cranial and visceral. Although Jade is very keen to use said techniques she also enjoys the typical massage and manipulation approach. She enjoys treating patients from all different backgrounds and ages. She believes that one must not stay focused on the area of pain but rather look at the body as a whole and treat it accordingly. Jade understands that patients may have different preferences when it comes to the type of treatment they receive. She is happy to respect that choice.
Originally from France, Jade has come to New Zealand for a breath of fresh air. She spends her free time exploring Auckland and surrounding areas to learn about the local culture.

Nina is a warm and caring practitioner. She often uses a mixed treatment style, using both direct structural techniques as well as more gentle functional and cranial techniques. Nina enjoys working with people from all walks of life and all ages, though her key areas of interest include osteopathy for babies and children, and for women's health.
Her masters research project explored the relationship between people's pain experience and their behavioural tendencies. This research adds to her practice, as she considers different ways in which pain can impact people's daily lives and how this can be minimised by considering different approaches to daily activities.
When not working, Nina enjoys exploring outdoors, being curled up with a good book and a cup of tea! Recently she has been volunteering at our local Riding for the Disabled too.
